Check official announcements before troubleshooting your PC, and learn what can and cannot be inferred when no public live-status dashboard is available.

Check the official AION 2 Announcements page first for scheduled maintenance and incident notices, then check the official Steam news and support pages. We did not find a public NC status API or official real-time server dashboard for AION 2 Global, so this page does not claim that a server is online merely because the website loads.
Check in this order
- Open the official Announcements page and look for maintenance or incident posts.
- Check AION 2 news in Steam if you use the Steam client.
- Confirm that you selected the intended region and server.
- Only then restart the launcher, inspect the error code and test your connection.
A website responding does not prove that the game servers are accepting logins. Conversely, one player's login error does not prove a regional outage.

Region and server checks
Global servers are hosted for North America, South America, Europe and Japan. Maintenance times and transfer hours may differ by region. Copy both your region and server name when reporting a problem; “Global is down” is too broad to diagnose.
