FiveM Server List: Where to Find RP & Popular Servers

Evidence key: Official means the Cfx.re server list or the Cfx.re documentation (Featured Server List); community means player-reported server names. Every source below was reviewed October 20, 2026.

The official server list

Official: the main, up-to-date directory of FiveM servers is servers.fivem.net. Cfx.re runs this list and it is the safest place to browse servers by player count, game mode and language. (Verified reachable at review time.) You can also reach it from inside the client — see below. The web list and the in-game browser show the same servers, so pick whichever is handier. The in-game server browser

After FiveM launches, its main menu includes a server browser that pulls from the same directory. Use it to search by name, filter by mode or language, sort by players, and join directly. If a server you expect is missing from the browser, check the web list — both read the same backend, so a difference usually means a filter or a temporary listing issue rather than two separate directories.

What "Featured" servers are

Official: Featured servers are a curated set shown on the right side of the FiveM server list. Cfx.re describes them as "accessible experiences for new players, offering fast paced gamemodes which can be understood within just a few minutes." To be eligible, a server must meet these criteria (verbatim from the docs):

• The server does not violate the FiveM Platform License Agreement (PLA).
• The server offers a non-roleplay setting.
• The server's language is either English or offers support for multiple languages.
• The server receives regular updates and is well maintained.
• Players can connect directly by pressing "connect" — no extra gates such as a forced Discord join or an allowlist.

Cfx.re also lists removal reasons — a Featured server is dropped if it violates the PLA, changes its core gameplay, goes empty, is abandoned, or becomes unreachable. Official Featured Server List · Checked October 20, 2026.

Cfx.re notes it is not currently accepting new Featured Server applications; all featured servers are handpicked by the Cfx team. Featured status is Cfx's curation of approachable non-RP servers, not a quality or popularity ranking of the whole ecosystem — and notably not a roleplay ranking, since the criteria require a non-RP setting.

Well-known roleplay servers (community, not official rankings)

FiveM's roleplay scene is large, and a few community servers are widely discussed: NoPixel, Grand RP, and Eclipse RP are among the names players search for most. These are community-run servers — they are not Cfx-recommended, Cfx-certified, or officially ranked, and their status (whitelist rules, player caps, whether they are recruiting, what they cost) changes with the operator. Always check the live server list and the server's own pages for current details. Live FiveM server list · Checked October 20, 2026.

This guide does not link to or vouch for any specific community server. Listing a name here is descriptive only — it reflects what players search for, not an endorsement, and community server standing is not something Cfx.re or this site certifies.

How to find a server that fits

• By mode: roleplay (RP), racing, deathmatch, economy, or custom frameworks — filter in the browser or on the web list.
• By population: sort by current players to find active communities; very low counts can mean a server is idle or being rebuilt.
• By language: set your language filter so join instructions and rules are readable.
• By build: some servers run GTA V Enhanced, others Legacy — match the build you own (see the Enhanced vs Legacy guide).
