Castlevania: Belmont's Curse Achievements and Trophy Guide

The full 29-achievement list, the categories, the harder unlocks, and the caveat that KONAMI has not published the list itself.

Quick answer

Belmont's Curse has 29 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore on Xbox, mirrored by a 29-trophy set on PlayStation that includes a Platinum. They fall into three groups: one per boss and major fight, a set for collecting every weapon, clue, upgrade and mirror, and one per ending. The two that catch people out are Dialog Skipper — finish the game in under four hours — and Perfectionist Hunter, which needs 100% completion. This list comes from achievement databases, not from KONAMI, so treat the wording as third-party.

The full list

Titles and requirements below come from platform achievement databases, not from KONAMI. Where an achievement names a boss only by title — "the Warrior", "the Prophetess" — the bracketed boss name is the mapping third-party guides use, and is not part of the official description.

The hard ones

  • Perfectionist Hunter (100%). Reaching full completion means every weapon, upgrade, clue, mirror and Arcana Blessing, plus the true ending.
  • Dialog Skipper. Finish the game in under four hours — a pure speedrun condition that conflicts with a completion run, so expect a separate pass.
  • Lamplighter (666 candles). Grindy but harmless; candle destruction is a Castlevania tradition.
  • Armed to the Fangs and Collector. These depend on coverage, and missing a single weapon or fragment means repeating a sweep of the map.

Two of these — the endings and the fast-travel network — are covered on their own pages, which is a faster route than re-exploring blindly.

What is not official

KONAMI has not published a consolidated achievement list or an achievement guide, so the entire table above is third-party. The 29-item total is consistent across Xbox and PlayStation databases, which makes it well-supported, but the exact wording and any secret descriptions should be treated as database entries rather than publisher text. No achievement has been verified by playing here.

Sources and review scope

The achievement list is third-party on every source; KONAMI has published none. The three sources are achievement databases, which follow the same platform data, so they are not fully independent of each other — the consistency they show supports the total, and does not upgrade the wording to official. Checked on October 16, 2026.

How this guide was checked

Checked on October 16, 2026 against KONAMI's official game site (product, character, demo and known-issues pages), the Steam store listing and the public Steam Web API endpoints for this app, and the PlayStation Store and Nintendo listings. KONAMI's own statements and store data are kept separate from third-party guides, which are labelled where they are used. Live figures such as review totals and aggregate scores are timestamped snapshots that keep moving. Anything no source states is written as unconfirmed rather than guessed.

Not independently play-tested. This is not a claim that every platform or game version was tested. Source review: Oct 16, 2026.
