Final Fantasy Resonance Editions and Bonuses Explained

Standard Edition

The Standard Edition is the base game. The Square Enix North American store lists physical and digital purchase options; Steam lists a Standard digital edition. Price, language, packaging, and availability can vary by country and platform, so confirm the local checkout page before purchase.

Digital Deluxe

Steam’s Digital Deluxe Pack bundles the base game with the Magitek & Grimoire pack. The listed pack includes the Magitek Armor Key, Archwitch’s Grimoire, Mastery Ring, tents, Mist Potions, Mist Ethers, Phoenix Downs, and Remedies. The store says the content can be sold separately; check your library and cart to avoid buying the same add-on twice.

The Steam listing describes claiming the content through the in-game mailbox at the Mitra inn after reaching the relevant point. It also describes a Chocobo appearance change through the Items menu. These are store instructions and have not been independently tested here.

Collector’s Edition

The North American Square Enix store’s Collector’s Edition listing includes a physical Standard game, a code for the Digital Deluxe Upgrade, and a goods box containing an acrylic block set, pixel-art book, soundtrack CD with 120 tracks, and a FINAL FANTASY Trading Card Game promo card. The physical game is listed as shipping separately from the collector box. Confirm the current regional listing for exact fulfillment details.

Pre-order and early-purchase items

Steam lists the Magitek Airship & Squire Starter Pack as a pre-order bonus with a Magitek Airship Passkey, Knight’s Greatsword, Chestplate of Preparation, Magicite Shard, three Tents, and three Mist Potions. The store describes some equipment effects without publishing exact numeric values.

The Steam page also lists an early-purchase Squire Kickstart pack with a Blessed Cuirass and Mist Ether, with a stated availability window. Bonus eligibility and cutoff times can differ between stores and regions; check the store attached to your purchase. This page does not claim that a bonus is universal or available after its listed window.
