Kingsroad has not been officially verified for Steam Deck compatibility by Valve as of October 20, 2026. The Steam store listing includes the category Partial Controller Support, which indicates that a controller can be used but the experience may not be fully optimized for Deck hardware.

What "Partial Controller Support" means in practice: the game accepts controller input, but button prompts may not match Deck glyphs, interface text may be small, and some features may require keyboard/mouse. Without an official Verified or Playable rating from Valve, there is no guarantee of performance on Deck hardware.

Language support

Kingsroad supports 13 interface languages. Three of these carry full audio support (voice-over), while the remaining ten are text-only.
