Dragon's Dogma 2 Seeker's Tokens — locations, rewards, and Finder's Token rules

Track the base-game token count, all 11 reward milestones, efficient search methods and the Sphinx’s seven-day Finder’s Token requirement.

Quick answer

Write down or screenshot the location of the first Seeker’s Token you collect in each playthrough: the Sphinx later gives seven in-game days to return there for the Finder’s Token. PowerPyx reports 240 base-game Tokens, while Guild rewards end at 220 and the trophy requires 80. Use the Trickster’s Detection Augment, search rooftops, ruins, cliff ledges and cave corners, and turn Tokens in cumulatively at a Vocation Guild.

Coverage warning: the 240-token count and location behavior below come from 2024 guide reporting, not an official Capcom master list. The reviewed location article illustrates 120 regular-world positions despite using a broader title, so this page does not pretend to provide 240 exact pins.

Record the first Token before you forget it

Do this now: screenshot the map and surroundings when you pick up the first Seeker’s Token of the playthrough. PowerPyx reports that the Sphinx’s Riddle of Rumination sends you back to that exact location and gives seven in-game days to return with the Finder’s Token.

In New Game Plus, PowerPyx reports that the reference changes to the first Token collected in the new playthrough. Because this is guide-reported puzzle behavior, preserve your own location record instead of relying on memory or a universal pin. PowerPyx Sphinx solutions · Checked October 15, 2026.

All 11 Guild reward milestones

Turn Tokens in at a Vocation Guild. The count is cumulative; you do not spend the collected Tokens on one reward and lose progress toward the next.

How to find Tokens without checking every pin

  1. Unlock Detection from Trickster. PowerPyx reports that this Augment signals nearby Seeker’s Tokens and Wakestone shards. Once learned, an Augment can be used across vocations.
  2. Search vertically. Check rooftops, towers, cliff shelves, bridges and ledges above the road rather than following the ground marker alone.
  3. Clear small interiors methodically. Ruins, side rooms and cave corners are easier to finish one by one than to revisit randomly.
  4. Mark what you collect. The History menu path reported by PowerPyx is Adventure Logbook → Exploring the World for your total, but it does not identify each collected map pin.

A collection route that scales

1 · Vernworth and northern roads2 · Harve and western Vermund3 · Checkpoint border4 · Bakbattahl and desert5 · Southern caves and volcanic island

Finish one compact region while Detection is equipped, turn in rewards when a route naturally passes a Guild, and leave isolated cliff or cave markers for a later Ferrystone circuit. This ordering is editorial route advice, not an official spawn sequence.

Are Tokens permanently missable?

PowerPyx reports 240 base-game Tokens, an achievement/trophy at 80 and Guild rewards ending at 220. That gives room to skip some hard-to-reach positions if the goal is every Guild reward. The Sphinx deadline is the immediate risk: once Riddle of Rumination starts, the guide reports seven in-game days to bring back the Finder’s Token.

Capcom’s September 2026 update fixed a bug that could leave Seeker’s Tokens floating in the air. That patch note confirms a technical fix, but it does not publish a revised total or Dark Arisen token count. Official update history · Checked October 15, 2026.

Dark Arisen collectible additions have not been independently verified for this page. “240” refers to the reported base-game total and must be rechecked if Capcom publishes or patches an expansion total.

PowerPyx’s 2024 location guide supplies the 240-token base-game count, tracking menus and Sphinx rule. The reward table is cross-checked against multiple guide publications; current official patch notes only establish a September 2026 token bug fix.
