Rust Twitch Drops Not Showing? How to Claim and Check Missing Drops

Claim an active Drop

1. Check the current campaign on Facepunch’s official Rust Drops page. Campaigns, eligible channels, and claim windows change; an old campaign card is not proof that a Drop is still available.
2. Watch a participating stream while logged into the Twitch account you intend to link. When the reward is earned, claim it in Twitch Drops Inventory; completed watch time alone is not the same as claiming the reward.
3. Make sure Rust is in the Steam library for the Steam account you will connect.
4. On the Facepunch Rust Drops page, connect the intended Steam and Twitch accounts. Use only the official Facepunch linking page.

Check a missing item

1. Confirm Twitch Inventory marks the reward as claimed.
2. Open Facepunch’s Rust Drops page and verify that the Steam and Twitch accounts shown are the ones used to claim the Drop.
3. Select Check For Missing Drops.
4. Allow up to one hour for delivery. Facepunch says that if an item is still missing after 30 minutes, the accounts may not have been linked when the Drop was claimed; check the link and run the missing-drop check again.
5. If the accounts were wrong, correct the link on the official page. If the reward remains missing, contact Facepunch Support with the Twitch claim details.

Eligibility and expired Drops

Facepunch says Rust Drops need to be claimed within 180 days. A Drop that was never claimed before its campaign ended may no longer be recoverable; Twitch may also fail to calculate watch time after a campaign has ended. Check the active campaign’s own dates and rules rather than relying on old schedules or videos.

Twitch and KICK are separate

Rust has also run KICK Drops. Those use a separate KICK account connection and campaign page; a Twitch claim or Twitch account link does not claim a KICK reward. Follow the platform named in the specific campaign.
