AION 2 Twitch Drops: Link Accounts, Claim Rewards, and Fix Missing Drops

Link the correct account

1. Sign in on NC's official AION 2 Twitch Drops page.
2. If you play through Steam, choose the Steam icon during linking.
3. Open NC My Page → Manage Login and verify the linked account is the one holding your Global character.
4. Connect Twitch only after that check.

NC warns that rewards go to the linked NC account. If Twitch was linked to a different NC account, the Drop will not automatically follow the Steam account you intended to use.

Earn and claim a Drop

Watch a participating channel during an active campaign. Progress can continue across eligible channels. After the required watch time, claim the item in Twitch Drops Inventory while the campaign claim window remains open.

Fix a missing reward

1. Confirm Twitch shows the Drop as claimed, not merely completed.
2. Confirm the campaign is for AION 2 Global; Korea and Taiwan are not eligible for Global Drops.
3. Check the linked NC account and the character's delivery location.
4. Do not repeatedly unlink and relink accounts while a reward is pending.
5. If the correct Global account still has no reward, contact AION 2 Support with the Twitch claim record.

Check campaign dates

The permanent Drops information page explains the system but does not mean a campaign is active today. Follow its current campaign card and official announcements. Older event names and rewards should be treated as expired unless NC publishes a new window.
